The can says store at controlled room temperature 68-77 degree F. Do not expose to heat or store at temperature above 120 Degree F. If you have any doubt that the temp on the checked bag cargo area, or any area is going to be higher than recommended storage temp of the rogaine, then carry it on.

No problems with it in checked luggage or even carry on. its under 3ml fluid ounces. I always carry on my hair topical's just in case the checked luggage gets lost or disappears and I fly eight times a month for work.

I get that too. I apply toppik, apply hair spray and use hands to pat down any stray hairs and adjust hairline. Get the brown soot on hands. One good layer of hair spray and let dry. Nothing will come off once its dry.
