Are you using tretinoin cream? I think is thickens the skin over time. I think the same with micro needle because of the collagen production.

I don’t use cb but thats the same problem I have with too. I use the everclear 120 as a vehicle maybe it’s not strong enough to penetrate well. It could be the reason why I get very mild results from topicals and very mild side effects if any. It also doesn’t fully dissolve my ru.

Remove the needle cartridge and turn the pen on so that it starts moving at a low speed. Then insert the cartridge while it’s moving and the the needles will start to move. Mine gets stuck once in a while and that fixes it for me. I think it has to do with the pen not being charged enough...
