I have been using topical tb500 mixed with minoxidil and experienced some new hair growth its honestly quite remarkable.

I have been mixing in 10mg into 3 month supply of minoxidil

How many ml of minoxidil do you use in 3 months, 90ml or 180ml?
Basically trying to figure out your ratio of minoxidil to TB-500.

How quickly did you see gains?
Any increased shedding in the beginning?

I have been using DualGen-15 (NO PG) 6oz which is roughly 6 months worth (180ml). I split this into bottles adding TB500 3 x 5mg into 90ml of minoxidil incase of any adverse reactions. It works out at 5mg a month.

Saw gains within a month but think the best came at 3 months. No shedding just vellus hairs turning terminal and a scar I have seems to be filling in on my crown. I think dealing with just androgens is a restrictive solution to gains if you have scar tissue which TB500 in theory helps reduce and open the opportunity for growth.

Been using minoxidil consistently for 5 years +

Thanks for replying. I will definitely order some TB-500 and try it out.
Personally frustrated with the mediocre results of my custom minoxidil hair loss solutions. It stops me from losing more hairs but not much noticeable gains.
I generate lots of fine new hairs, that usually grows about an inch or two but eventually falls out, and then the cycle starts over.

Powder, I use a slin pin to draw my minoxidil into the vial then draw it back.

Do you know if the alcohol in the minoxidil affects the tb 500 powder? Degradation? I’m trying to google topical formulations but can’t find anything.
