Do you have older pictures, and don't forget to go to the derm. After you check (thyroid, iron ....) and talking to the derm you can think about minoxidil, finasteride (lower dose maybe), Nizoral or Ket. If you get a prescription for finasteride, then it can be cheap (I live in Europe), minoxidil is not expensive.
