Sucess 2 months on minoxidil 7% and 9%!

Dont know if spironolactone helped because I've been using it since the beginning with the minoxidil. Only added propecia 5 months ago. The spironolactone is 2% strength.

Sucess 2 months on minoxidil 7% and 9%!

Hi Guys, I’m turning 32 in July. The biggest contributor to my regrowth has been minoxidil! Can’t really see if the propecia is making a difference but my Doctor says that it makes the minoxidil's work easier. Only been using propecia now for 5 months. My temples are battling to get full but...

People who have maintained without finasteride/dutasteride

Hey Guys! I'm the fourth guy in the thread Pieter. I've started thinning again and it looks like propecia will be my destiny in the near future :( Still trying to hold out but don't think I will last more than another 6 months without it! My Doctor says he has seen more than 10 000 patients...

Sucess 2 months on minoxidil 7% and 9%!

Hi Guys! Still on the same routine but have upped the dosage to 1,5 ml and 9% in the mornings as well. Progress is very slow and I have definitely started to thin again, that's why I upped the dosage. I'm very close to taking finasteride in the hope that I will have thick full head of hair again! I...

Sucess 2 months on minoxidil 7% and 9%!

Hi Guys! Quick update: No real progress over the past three months, looks like its stabilized and at times I have wondered if its not becoming worse again. Ive got an appointment in July so will post as soon as Ive got official pics. As a matter of fact; the doctor doesn't even touch my hair...

    Propecia and sperm count

I need advice from people using finasteride. I am considering using finasteride in conjunction with the minoxidil and spironolactone I'm currently using? I've currently got great results from minoxidil and spironolactone alone ( viewtopic.php?f=30&t=57556) but think it would be even greater when using finasteride as well. My sperm count and...

Unfortunately it does not say the exact comp on the bottle and no, I don't smell the spironolactone after my hair has been washed. In fact it only smells for about 20 min and then I don't smell it anymore.

Found this photo (second pic) on my phone. Quality is not that good but you can still see how thin it was up top. The first photo was taken with the flash on to expose of any areas where my scalp is exposed.

3 or 4 ml of Rogaine, with nightcap

According to my doctor, your body will slowly but surely build up resistance to minoxidil, so if you start of with a high dosage, you dont really have anywhere to go where as when you stick to the 1ml, there is at least a bit of play when you reach the point where you dont responde to it anymore.
