Propecia and sperm count

I need advice from people using finasteride. I am considering using finasteride in conjunction with the minoxidil and spironolactone I'm currently using? I've currently got great results from minoxidil and spironolactone alone ( viewtopic.php?f=30&t=57556) but think it would be even greater when using finasteride as well.

My sperm count and morphology is already on the lower scale of normal so I am just affraid that finasteride might lower it even further? I know that the studies didnt show any changes but Im still sceptical?

Any help and similar experiences?

It can lower sperm quantity AND quality.
