S Foote, as a almost 10years user I've seen a lot of topics of promising researches not reaching the expected results. I really liked your way of thinking.. it make sense.

Improve what you can(eat, sleep, train, work), if you don't and focus on things that you can't change (height, hair), isn't a problem of hairloss.. it's something else.
