ive been taking 50mg and 1mg estradiol + .75mg estrogel for 2.5 months and no bad sides yet and am seeing minor growth on the hairline. Im really looking to increase overall density but that looks like it could be achieved at the 6-8month mark

I am only taking 1mg estradiol orally + .75mg estrogel with 50mg spironolactone. Is this enough to permanently feminize me? I am a cis male and want to avoid as much feminization as possible.

Do you have any data to back this up? I am looking into possibly taking Bica instead of spironolactone and keeping low dose E

any noticeable hair growth yet at the 4 month mark?

Yeah 1.75mg but it’s probably less then that as the estradiol from the gel probably doesn’t get fully absorbed so 1.5mg is probably accurate. It is still a mystery if the gel actually has a localized effect

try super low doses of E and taper up slowly if you need to. I have been on 1mg Estradiol and .75mg estrogel for 2 months with no feminization and vellus hairs starting to grow. I am in a similar position where I dont want to feminize
