You can mix it in a 70/30 ethanol/propylene glycol sollution. Ethanol can be obtained in a supermarket or drug store/pharmacy. Propylene glycol can be bought in pharmacy. And you can buy it In a store that sells farmers supplies.

In my country things like ethanol/alcohol/propylene glycol, are available at the pharmacist otc.
