Not trying to cope, still going in tomorrow for a consultation. However, my hairline never once looked like that guys ever, even as a child. My head is a completely different shape, and I haven't had any thinning or shedding.

To further clarify - although it masks my hairline, it's easy to tell in older pictures, especially ones where I have wet hair, that it's exactly the same. I'll try to post them when I'm not busy.

I hope it stays how it is for a while! I really like the new styles I can do with it receded a tiny bit. I just scheduled an appointment with a dermatologist, so I should be able to see if treatment is necessary soon. I want to at least grow it out as much as I can, and if it continues to recede...

Yeah, my hairline was never straight. It always angled down to a point. I guess if it advances by .25 I'll go on medication. I'm scheduling a dermatologist appointment this week.

Unfortunately no good pictures of me younger :( there is for sure temple recession, but with my pronounced peak I can't tell if that's a regular maturing hairline or full blown hair loss.
