I am now coming up for using Propecia for 5 years. I was in my teens when I started. The drug has done wonders for me; stopped my hair loss and regrew alot of my hairline. Male pattern baldness is unusual at 13/14 but not unheard off. Bad news is you are losing your hair at a very young age and I am so sorry that you are. Good news is that although there is no cure there are plenty of things to try and different alternatives.

Yes you are losing your hair. You can see you´ve lost a bit on the temple region. I would highly recommend finasteride. I too suffer from a receding hairline at young age (19) and have been able to keep all my hair and grow back miniaturized hairs. finasteride works for alot of people I would look into it.

I agree and disagree finasteride does work for me-but only slows down the recession, the sides are horrible as well, the fact that I'm risking my health and my sperm is ridiculous- all to save my hair.

He's on propecia, he even admitted using it on an episode of scrubs. Must of used it for years.
