Maybe you can get your entire year worth of finasteride from costco in one drive, ask them to fill all of the refills. The entire year should be about $100. That's worth a 2 hour drive.
I think sheds are normal for all brands of finasteride. Sheds are part of the normal cycle. You really need to be on finasteride for an entire year to see the difference.
Let me know if Dallas is the same price. I purchased mine in Los Angeles. Also FYI you don't need to be a member of Costco to purchase stuff from the pharmacy.
Most pharmacies are still charging a crazy amount for the generic, but Costco is only $25/90 pills. I don't know why the other pharmacies are charging so much.
I'm currently on propecia brand and about to switch to finasteride generic. I'd like to find a lab to test by DHT level on brand v generic to see if there is any real difference.
Is there a cheap way to do this? I called one local lab and they said the test would be $200, which is way too much.
Yes of course it is prescription medicine. Why don't you get a prescription from your doctor and just get it from Costco for $25/3 months? No need to order online.
Costco doesn't sell Camber anymore. It sells Actavis now and the price dropped to $25. In theory Actavis is better than Camber since it is not made in India.
It might be possible that you would have had the same reaction if you stayed on the brand. In theory, they are supposed to be exactly the same. Costco has a new generic made by Aventis and it is $25 for 3 months of 1mg pills.
