Well, finasteride and minoxidil are no supplements, they are legitimate medications for treating hair loss.
Please do not wait too long to start with it - once your hair is gone, it's gone. Your goal is to save as much hair as you can and finasteride can help you with that.
There is some hairloss visible so I'd suggest you start taking finasteride (propecia) and minoxidil.
It could do wonders for your hair so you won't have to shave it off.
You do realize that jaw surgery can go wrong and leave you disfigured?
And getting "buffed" isn't as easy as it seems. Some have bad genetics that prevents them getting muscular.
Even if you get buffed - do you think it's easy to stay that way? Years and years of lifting weights?
SMP sounds...
Nobody here can tell you with 100% certainty if you'll go bald or not.
You did the right thing and got finasteride. You're a bit young, but unfortunately baldness doesn't care about age.
Good luck mate!
Yeah, that stuff looks like scam (bunch of natural ingredients that don't do anything.)
You can get finasteride pretty cheaply with an online prescription here

I hope they still ship to EU.
I wouldn't recommend a hair transplant at all if you can't tolerate propecia.
You have to first slow down your hair loss with propecia before doing the step to a hair transplant.
