Best Supplier for Stock 7X9 French Lace?

SuperHairPieces 8x10 full French Lace, medium light density, was £170 ish for me. They cut it to your size for £10 extra. Gone up to £198.52 now but still cheap. M105 is the one. M105BF for not much more at £213,has bleached knots in the front. HairHub also have stock French lace hair systems...

What's enough time for a patch test? Just testing Max Sport Scalp Protector...

I can't find that but Bond Hold Extreme Cream. I read that is a stronger version of Ghost Bond Platinum.

What's enough time for a patch test? Just testing Max Sport Scalp Protector...

However skin irritation after a few days is NOT an allergic reaction. That's the tape or glue breaking down,a build up of bacteria, sweat, dry skin getting irritated, contact dermatitis, underlying dandruff etc.

What's enough time for a patch test? Just testing Max Sport Scalp Protector...

24 hours is more than fine to rule out an allergic reaction. Allergies reactions are usually within 20 mins to a few hours. Kind of strange how the C virus vaccine they only make you wait 15 mins for a potential allergic reaction which could happen after that time period.

Has anyone tried Ghostbond standard (wondering if I can get a few day hold / less)?

You ever tried Walker Safe Grip and Great White, water based glues yet? I haven't but heard they are better than Ghost Bond glue.

Status of hair systems now in 2022?

SuperHairPieces seem ok quality. Not terrible but not high quality either. Then again it's a stock system.

Status of hair systems now in 2022?

Nope, they are still more expensive like everything. Hair systems before the pandemic I could get stock systems for £150, now they are £250 or more. The quality has gone downhill too, many dried out hair systems. Speed maybe quicker as we are not in lockdown like in 2020.

Walker Rapid Release? Anyone Tried It?

Nice, does it stink or have a strong scent to it? Unscented would be great. I have to use C22 with a respirator mask or it can set my asthma off.

Little flakes/balls of glue going everywhere once Ghostbond hold begins to let up.

I don't have much hope with Walker Natural Hold as it's another 1-7 daily wear tape. But yeah the 3 tapes and glue I patch tested in the last 24 hours, passed the patch test. I think Walker Easy Green I will be trying next out of those I got.

Little flakes/balls of glue going everywhere once Ghostbond hold begins to let up.

The Walker 1522 tape I have, was bought from Holistique, bought approx a month ago and stored in a dry cupboard. So obviously it's shite tape as weak as masking tape,no joke. As didn't work for me either.

Little flakes/balls of glue going everywhere once Ghostbond hold begins to let up.

Walker 1522 tape is an utter pile of shite. Easily the weakest tape out there. I tried it earlier today. It's as weak as masking tape. It lifted and peeled away within hours. Unless it's only meant for poly bases. As it certainly isn't working for long on a lace base. I'm NOT wasting my money to...

How many of you cut your own base? Recommend it or have hair supplier do it?

I've only had the company or salon where I bought it do it. I can't afford to f*** up a hair system when I first get it,especially without a job. And having to pay for it out my savings, benefits.

What type of applicator do you use to apply liquid adhesive?

I have used a plastic glue spreading stick in the past when I used glue on hair systems.
