I've not found one of the Turkish clinics that have 'contracts' although I have been speaking with a clinic in Budapest who do and require 1000 Euro deposit as well. My experience with them was fair, they weren't particular prompt and never seemed prepared to go above and beyond like most...

There aren't many reviews I can find but results I have seen are good, check out his website too. Dr Sikos is a IAHRS member and is recommended by Spex. Pricing is very competitive as well! I think the lack of paperwork means no traceability and therefore no accountability which is why most ask...
