Consult a professional instead of random people on the internet. You look fine to me, but I could be biased as my hairline is far worse than yours and I am the same age. :)

^ that. A lot of people are worried when they see 30 hairs. If that's a one time thing a day, that's not shedding. For reference: I wake up, brush my hair on top and can easily see 60-70 hairs.

Is there a limit to the amount of hair one follicle can produce in its lifetime? I've read this on some sites, but I couldn't find any real scientific data.

I am now using finasteride for over 2 months, and nizoral for over 3 months. I just ook a shower and noticed that I shed 100+ hair from the back and sides of my head when I comb my hair. There's alot of paranoid people on here. Your hair does not look like it's thinning man. I can't even see any temple recession. Of course, the only way to be sure is to visit a derm. :)
