Is your (or his if someone else can answer my question) regimen still the same?
- finasteride 1.25 mg daily
- minoxidil once per day
- nizoral 5x per week (which percentage? 1% or 2%)

Hello everybody. It is almost 9 years.
I have been on and off hairloss treatment since I think 2014.
I am now 29 years old started losing hair when I was 19
My current hair condition is really bad as you can see
Almost completely stopped treatment in 2016, 2018 and of 2019

My regimen is as the following
. Minixidil liquid 5% twice
. Finasteride 1 mg once per day
. Dutasteride once per week
. Nizoral Everyday or even twice per day
. High protein Diet

I am coming back consistent

what do you expect???

lets wait and see

@yassin

Did you lose your hair while on treatment? Or after?

Did you stop for any particular reason? Thanks and good luck.

To bad you stopped the treatment. Due to sides or other reasons? Anyway... anything is possible so start the treatment again and be consistent this time. Goodluck and go get your hair back.

I would again say, for a 29-year-old, it is highly likely that finasteride would not regrow those long lost hair.
They aren't using only finasteride, they are using finasteride + minoxidil + dutasteride + Nizoral + high protein diet.

If anything, they should add dermarolling to boost minoxidil efficacy and improve scalp blood circulation. It's alot better than telling someone "iT WiLl nOt RetUrN".

Thanks everybody for commenting and sharing your opinion. I know it is harder for long lost hair to be restored. I was travelling and working Long hours where it was not easy for me to buy or apply medication.

at the moment I am not considering dermaroller

Regarding lipido yes lipido is much lower especially with dutasteride.

I will update you after 3 months

A high protein diet will have no effect on his hair loss.

I agree
But protein deficiency causes hairloss
I had low protein plant based diet for the past couple of years. Thats why I added this to my story.

If you have a balanced diet consisting out of enough calories per day it is almost impossible to get a protein deficiency. Also on a plant-based diet.

Better than having low protein intake. If not for hairloss, it's beneficial for overall health.

It is about balance. It is a fact that most people eat way more protein than their body needs and too much protein is actually beneficial to overall health.

I have buzzed my hair. It is not as bad as I was expecting. A lot of baby hair in balding areas. Maybe regrowth. Maybe miniaturized hair. I added oral biotin. Omega 3. Multivitamines. I will upload a photo maybe tomorrow
