He’s saying you have Androgenic Alopecia, (male pattern baldness induced by sensitivity to DHT), but you also have diffuse thinning, which is the hallmark of Androgenic Areata.
Basically, you got the deluxe version of male pattern baldness.
my fellow villagers say that I am paranoid, that I have normal hair, some that I have the hair of a monkey, or dense hair like bears, and that I am not nw2 at all. It's possible? they say this by looking at the same photos. am i really paranoid?
You are paranoid. You have hair like Stalin. Seriously though it looks like you could be diffusing, but it's difficult to tell. It's impossible to tell if you're NW1 or NW2 based on those pictures. A profile view is best for determining that.
You either have diffuse thinning or natural low density. Some guys have natural low density but are not balding. But when they do, it will be more obvious than someone with high density which is typical of most hispanics.
I've got a little shaving of short hairs, not longer then 3 cm, which means Androgenetic Alopecia.
I'm under finasteride, but forced to suspend minoxidil due to scalp inflammation.
Used Hydrocortisone for a cycle of 6 months
Some thinning behind and on the hairline unfortunately. You’ve been on finasteride for how long? If it’s not doing much for regrowth you may need to add microneedling or some other growth inducer. And if you’re not maintaining you may need to start dutasteride plus an AR blocker like RU or CB
Lol is bizarre how even on hairloss forums people are skeptical about diffuse thinning. It's not f*****g AA, it's Androgenetic alopecia. A lot o Men have diffuse/female pattern instead of the classic male pattern baldness with temple recession
