Minoxidil, nizoral and why not topical zix? Its an old topical dht blocker that some guys report good results from. That will biy him some time until breezula comes out or other methods are available. Messing with hormones is not something to be taken lightly, but dutasteride is madness. Basically chemical castration, and who knows how it will mess him up long term...
