To the best of my knowledge it's not possible to take a crap without peeing at least a little bit. That said, I'd say this story is a fake if I was pressed to say one way or another. This guy reminds me of a lot of guys on the internet (CCS) who don't have people to talk to, so they get attention by writing hilarious stories about crazy things they do with girls.
But does it matter? The story is still really funny.
