Hi guys new here! I would like your opinion on my current problem i am constantly thinking of.

I am norwood 1.5-2, 23 years old and my father have still a full head of hair but my maternal grandfather had norwood 3 on 30-40s and on 60 norwood 4-5. Past 6 months i found out little receding at hairline and little thinning in the crown under light, right now i am 4 months on PRP therapy and i have seen some good results since 4 months i started it.

To the point now,i love working out and i heard that weightlifting can affect hairloss by producing more testosterone,so more DHT. Also there are different opinions to this subject saying that the testosterone produced by working out is temporary and to affect hairloss must be in doses that cant be reached by natural body (only by steroid supplements).

What do you think, without any creatine supplement or steroid (just the required protein by food) and by doing the PRP treatment will it affect me?

Creatine will speed up the process yes. And creatine is also a useless supplement that will puff you up, make your kidneys suffer and sag your tits in the end. And the extra atp/strength in the gym is gonna make you lift more and probably mess up a tendon in the process.

First understand the importance of diet. Stay away from rice, tuna and that junk. Then appreciate the fact gym for a natural guy is a journey.

Lifting will produce more T and that’s good for you. DHT is also good for you. If you don’t have strands of hair sticking to your hands when you shower, then you’re good.

It won’t as long as you don’t mess up something in lifting. Examples are taking creatine, shooting your CPK levels through the roof with stupid exercise habits, generally putting yourself through an excessive strain may well affect the speed of hair loss. Also there is evidence that damage in the neck may play a role, so make sure you are not using upper traps for everything and make sure you deal with muscle knots (physiotherapy massages take care of these). More DHT doesn’t mean more hair loss, but trust me that creatine will worsen it. And trust me that it is one of the most useless supplements you can take (since the pure mono hydrate version will stress the kidneys, the flavored ones are cancer and the other types are worse). The water retention may also raise your bp, it will surely puff your face which is hideous. So take it from someone who’s done all those, stay away from it. It might take 6 more months to do those lifts but slow and steady wins. As for the incel upstairs whos scared of balding, don’t mind him. He’s already bald.

I know a kid in another forum, sorry not a kid I mean a grown *** dude, who every time he gets dismantled goes and quotes ppl exactly like that, leaving stupid YouTube songs. I guess it’s your way of trying to humor and come off as a total weirdo. That says something about your personal life. Being a loser doesn’t scare you but balding does. Right.
I'd rather be a weirdo than a f*****g retarded broscientist like yourself.

I make 3200/month, I’ll bet my donor zone you don’t make that annually. I shoot straight facts because most of this I’ve lived and experienced. All you morons do is run a google search and play with values and pills like ten year olds. If e2 is <30 then all is well. If you had basic understanding of endocrinology you’d tape your mouth shut. And you expect me to sit here and explain stuff to you for your personal amusement? It isn’t only that you and the likes of you are legitimately stupid (like, literally emotionally and deliberately inclined to process anything), it’s also that you deliberately provoke someone to “explain himself” ONLY because you feel entitled to demand such a thing. In other words you are so deluded and so invested in this forum (and this condition, which many of you don’t even have FYI) that you have self proclaimed yourself an authoritarian figure. I’m here to let you know you’re about as important and relevant as a graft that just died. Happy new year with lots of shedding.
3200 nickels a month? Impressive sir. Wow u have truly made it in life, and u are so knowledgeable it is insane. I bow to u sir , i take my hat off for u sir. Sir could u please enlighten me how to become so rich and succesfull? Thank u wow sir.

No I can’t and I won’t. You deserve to be miserable. Enough off topic although I covered OP. I don’t want to speak to you again because every time I dismantle you I worsen your condition and these are happy days. Go and enjoy New Year’s Eve with your folks.
U make 3200 what? Euros?Dollars? Pesos? Where the f*** are you even from? Am i supposed to be impressed?
U call me out for being bald while i am an nw2 and ur a nw5. All u do is post crap about skull theories because u read it somewhere and ur easily manipulated. It's not even an original thought, and it is crap. U post random theoretical studies and think ur doing good and it's quite funny.
U claim i act like an authority but ur the one claiming u know what causes AA better than 10000s of scientists and decades of research.
And then ur gonna act though because u earn 3200 / month? Just LOL at you.

Not gonna read ur walls of text again u boring old bald boomer. 3200 euros btw is not that impressive. Don't know why ur making such a fuss out of it. Creatine is a perfectly good supplement, it's one of the most studied strength training supplements in fact. It does not cause tits and no kidney failure either. It doesn't cause hair loss either. Have a nice day baldcel.

Omg guys, really now?? You are fighting each other in my post arguing about a muscle building supplement which i'm not even intend to take on a hairloss forum and talking about money??

I would like to know what do you mean by saying "shooting your CPK levels through the roof with stupid exercise habits, generally putting yourself through an excessive strain may well affect the speed of hair loss."

I mean i am doing normal muscle building exercises 4 times a week but im doing supersets and pushing the muscle hard enough to grow and to reach my limits. What do you mean by the world excessive strain? Thanks and peace guys.

Dear norwood11, i am not interesting taking creatine as i said...And my fear wasnt the hairloss due to overtrainning but due to increase in testo levels=more DHT to your foliccles. I just hope isn't enough more to do harm especially now which im doing PRP.

What is your opinion to this?? Again i say NOT to hairloss by overtraining (shock loss) but due to more DHT

He takes creatine or plans on taking it, same for protein supplements. One doesn’t just ask without the intention of taking them.

I would please ask you not to use the R word as it is both offensive and uncalled for. I have to point out that the word illiterate means unable to read or write, which both I can do.

I can only assume your obsession with me comes from your inferiority complex and the fact you’re spending tonight alone.
U literally cannot read because he said 2 times he does NOT want to take creatine and u keep on saying he does 3 times lol. First learn how to read RETARD and then we might have a chat.

Please stop using the R word and stop asking for a chat. There is a reason you’re alone IRL, nobody wants to chat with you. You’re bald and thin, this thread isn’t for you.
Nw2> Nw5.
It's over for you buddy boyo.

Hahaha this post turned real childish but quite funny reading some of the insults. I would be impressed if you could land a drone on someones bald crown LOL.

To answer the actual question, ive spoken to a doctor and a dermatologist about this as i thought the same thing. After doing a heavy lifting sessions, especially squats, i would notice more hair coming out in the shower.

However both have said that weight lifting will not increase hair loss as the spike in testosterone is too small. I still feel a bit different but not gonna argue with professionals.
