Well, I’ve read these forums for a few years. Tried just about every suggestion in here, but only so so results.
So I started listening to Binural Beats/ Frequencies again. This time through Bluetooth speakers close to my head.

They have hair growth tapes. When I read the description & comments I was astounded! When I looked in the mirror my hair started filling in bald spots. So I think you should give it a shot. I still have & use 15% minoxidil, RU58841, Spirolactone, etc, etc, etc....
