Wtf this is a bad thing? I read somewhere that the white spot is some sort of oil heap and if the hair that fell out has it, it means the follicle isn't dormant yet and will produce a new hair.

I mean I don't know jack sh*t because I'm not a scientist but everytime I see a lot of hairs on my desk I check for white dots and cheer every time I see them, and here you are worrying about the same thing. That's pretty hilarious :D.
You are referring to the tiny white dot. That's the hair root. That is completely normal. Ours is way bigger and it can removed easily.
