White hair bulbs and hair regrowth?

The white hair bulbs that are attached to hair have been shrinking recently but I don't have mbp or any diagnosed disorder of sorts. I have to get an appointment with the dermatologist soon but I was wondering if anyone has any idea of what this could mean? Is it telogen effluvium? Also when I run my hand across my scalp I don't have any bald areas as you get with alopecia areata but instead I can see my scalp. It's hard to explain. I'll post a couple pictures.

I can diagnose you right now. You have male pattern baldness. But it isn't bad. How old are you?

I mean you could possibly be diffuse thinning but honestly it is difficult to tell based on your pictures

You have low density. Has your hair always been like that?
