I know they don't stop male pattern baldness
Also I am confused about zinc, does it help or promote baldness?

Do you use any?I think using any multivitamin brand is sufficient. Zinc should not promote baldness.
Do you use any?
How much zinc do you take daily?I usually don't take multivitamins. I take separate supplements like Magnesium, Biotin, Zinc, Ubiquinol and some other ones for example. I wonder if there's anything that will help treat graying hair.
Which form of zinc is that you are taking like zinc oxide, zinc sulphate? Zinc sulphate only contains 22% of elemental Zinc which is the real deal.I take 50 mg zinc daily. I had mild acne and some acne scars from the past. Within a month, i am %100 clear and all the scars healed. I don't know if it helps with hairloss. Too much zinc can lead to copper deficiency which is something to watch out for.
How much do you take daily and what good did it do to your hair? It makes my hair and skin a bit oily.Had the same issue and used Zinc. It is good for hair. But it probably does nothing for baldness.
How?this must be the dumbest thread ive seen since joining... no offence
There's no convincing evidence that multivitamins have anything to do with hair.
In fact, there's no evidence that multivitamin pills are good for you at all. It may be that everybody already has a good diet, or that the way these pills are made means they are not bioavailable.
There is some evidence for specific vitamins. Folic acid for pregnant women reduces the risk of spina bifida. I think there's evidence for vitamin D supplements to prevent depression.
How?
best brand of multi vitamin... really?
