Where to get SMP (Scalp Micropigmentation)?

Honestly, if SMP looked really good, I'd love - great alternative to wearing a hairpiece, which is a nuissance.

I've never seen it look good. Shiny, fake-looking. But I'll further research it because, if done well, it'd be a GODSEND! I'd love a nice buzzcut w/ a good hairline

I think it can look great providing you still have a little native hair/stubble to make it look more natural

an SMP with a receded hairline and light colour can look extremely good

an SMP with a straight and low hairline and dark colour looks ridiculous

Isn’t that just a buzz cut? Possibly a little SMP touch up?

Most guys on this site slag off SMP because you’re afraid of shaving they’re damn heads. SMP can look very natural. I seen it look great, especially on diffuse thinners and you’re right it’s fades and isn’t permanent.

Same goes for a 70 year old with a full head wig. They look weird. Doesn’t suit the old face. Bad example and sounds like a shitting head tattoo anyway, which isn’t SMP.
he has a SMP all over his head, it is known, you can see it if pay attention but it looks insanely good on him

With systems it's about adapting as you get older. Examples attached.

I had a hair transplant years ago and don't really like the way it looks now. I wanted to get a hair piece but won't do so unless I can get a quality custom made hair piece. The vendor I feel most comfortable with still isn't doing custom pieces. I went bald for a while but I have the the big smiley scar on back of my head from tranIsplant and just got to many questions about it so I grew my hair back. I have looked into smp to help with the scar and make the scar less visible. The problem is I'm 62 and the hair on back of my head where the scar is black but further down its is black and gray. Really concerns me about how to make the scar look natural as I age. I'm concerned as I age I would have these black dots on the back of my heard where the scar is and the rest would be gray

I know exactly where the pic from the left came from because I called the vendor and told him I wanted that exact hair piece. Just my luck he isn't able to take custom orders now.

Have you considered Hair transplant scar repair?
my understanding is that basically you are reapairing the scar using the same technique as before and the results are very unpredictable . I've been looking as smp but every vendor puts the pics up they want you to see. The one thing I've learned is proceed with caution!!
