Holy sh*t bro that is some aggressive hair loss. You need to get on dutasteride if you want a chance at getting your hair back. How old are you?

I'm 26 pal, freaking out didn't think I could bald so quick
Yes this is highly unusual, especially at 26, most cases like yours usually happen in the teenage years. Your only hope is dutasteride and oral minoxidil. finasteride would likely be too weak for you. Do your research and get on treatments ASAP.

Indeed. You will have to act fast. My advice is to stick around on this forum, we have many experienced and very helpful members here. This post will likely explode with replies in the coming days so you will get some excellent information soon. Google dutasteride hair regrowth. You could speak with your GP about it but they are not so likely to prescribe you it, they tend to prefer finasteride. You can buy the medicine from reputable and trusted websites like AllDayChemist and InhousePharmacy. It is not cheap unfortunately, but it's the most effective thing we have for reversing male pattern baldness right now.

I think you should get your blood tested for some deficiencies. That much diffused loss looks unusual over the span of time you have mentioned.

Very true. However he has the classic signs of male pattern baldness, it is almost certainly that. You on the other hand are in good shape and do not require treatments right now, this poor fellow is already in the advanced stages of hair loss.

Your advise has calmed me a lot. I really should be thankful of my current situation. As far as the OP is concerned, don't you think that thyroid or maybe iron deficiency causes people to diffuse like him sometimes?? All that took place in a year so maybe it's some deficiency?

Woah man!! That is some seriously reckless advice and dangerous as hell. You don't know that finasteride and topical minoxidil would be too weak for him.

You're right though, that is super aggressive hairloss, especially to happen all of a sudden in your mid twenties. There is a good possibility you have male pattern baldness and some drastic Telogen Effluvium made it rear it's ugly head. Get all your levels tested, talk to a derm and consider finasteride. I would get on minoxidil asap.

Always happy to help! It's definitely a possible thyroid issue so it's worth it to look into it further. It won't hurt to have some dutasteride on standby either, judging by the speed of his loss every day passed will count. He doesn't have long to take action.

Yeah I guess you're right, but his situation took me by surprise. I didn't expect to see what I saw. dutasteride may be jumping the gun but it is the best thing (within reason) that we have right now.

I did buzz it down to a number 2, it never grew back right ‍♂️ Balding when I'm 40 doesn't bother me, but this does

Yeah it can happen, but that would affect your entire scalp, not just your male pattern baldness zone.
