What Would You Guys Do If You'd Start Losing Ground On Finasteride?

I'm using Propecia ( 1mg/day ) for 7 years now and I'm losing ground especially on the back. My hair loss has accelerated in the last 2 years and I'm not sure what to do next.

Well finasteride never worked for me in the first place, but i jumped on oral minoxidil and have been making gains ever since. Usually when finasteride stops working people switch to dutasteride. Or get castrated.

Maybe add minoxidil? Or try RU.

Get on dutasteride. If that fails then RU and/or a hair transplant.

I'm thinking about adding Duta 0.5mg twice a week but have hard time getting it anywhere cuz I'm not from US.

How long are you on oral minoxidil? Any sides?

finasteride is not working on my crown and I still lose it... I am almost a year on finasteride

Not sure what I will do next, maybe open chemical lab to mix RU... Really don't know
