What Treatment Should I Use? Seven Words

So, im a 19 y/o nw2 about to hit nw3 since im loosing about 200hairs a day... I've visited 2 derms and none has prescribed me finasteride tho both of them agree i have Androgenetic Alopecia. Even i'm a little afraid to take finas (not because of side effects, but because i dont want to be a neck beard 4lyfe or dont develop muscle or worsen my puvertal gyno). My question is: should i start to take finasteride now and mantain my hair until something better (AKA replicel, Tusji) comes out? Or should i better start with RU58841 at 5% see if it works, and if it works stay with it until it stops working then start finasteride or whatever treatment is available at that time.
Do you guys trust on Ru's effectiveness?

P.S: I just want to maintain, if i regrowth better but i have no expectations

finasteride is not a guarantee, RU is entirely experimental and the results seem to be a hit or miss. Your best bet is to order finasteride online without a prescription. Can you upload pictures of your hairline please?
