Are you sure you meant to say Aspirin? Aspirin is really safe lol, you don't even need a prescription to buy it, don't get me wrong finasteride is a pretty safe drug but even I wont say its safer than aspirin, probably comparison with the stuff you take would have been better

Extreme adverse reactions to aspirin can result in death but not with finasteride, so that does make finasteride safer

Well, Paracetamol can induce an anaphylactic shock in extreme cases, does that mean it is more dangerous than finasteride?

I'd say so. Eat 20 paracetamol pills and die from liver failure. Eat 20 sexy propecia tablets and maybe not get an errection for a day or two Paracetamol is poison, if you want to treat pain use codiene!
