What Norwood Is My Right Temple? Left Looks Matured, Right Looks Receded?

Right temple is receding far quicker than the other. Can’t understand why my left looks so solid and my right doesn’t? Depressing as f*** because I was doing so well not coming on here and forgetting about my hair loss

Man, don't sweat it. Your temples look absolutely fine. You are NW1 at worst. But more like NW0.5. That is normal hairline.

Can you not see thinning on the right side? Doesn’t look stable

I’m horrible at telling Norwood’s so I cannot say. To me I would say it’s the slightest bit receded in the temples but for all I know your hairline could be perfectly natural.

1. Hairline looks the same or extremely minor difference then from a year ago (good sign)

2. If you’re worried go to a dermatologist or doctor who specialises in hairloss to see if they think you are thinning in the hairline, look at reviews online before you see them.

The difference in the picture is way too minor to be significant. You look to be about a Norwood 2. Just monitor it. If it looks noticeably and significantly worse, then only should you consider treatments. Just keep monitoring.

Doesn't his hairlne have an m-shape look to it though? He looks like a Norwood 2 to me. His hairline isn't particularly straight. Doesn't mean he's balding, just that he's a Norwood 2. His hairline might be "mature."

You need to check out alot of hair transplant cases from doctors online. They give good examples of Norwood levels. They tend to label NW2's more loss than this guy. His one temple is definitely approaching a mature hairline so you can say he is between a NW1 and 2. You are closer to a NW1.
