I think he could still pull off a faux hawk. I don't think he'll go entirely bald either, and he has ample donor hair. Plus he's better looking than 99% of balding guys, has a succesful career, and a great life. I wouldn't complain.

There's a difference between desperately trying to cover up and just growing your hair an inch or so longer to blur your hairline. Its just accentuating your features, that's all.

And when he grows it out, it doesn't look too bad.

He's still got pretty decent temples and the island keeping the hairline is very strong. I'd say a regular NW3, as he doesn't have any thinning on the crown yet.
