I'm 23 years old, started thinning maybe 2 years ago (not really sure) watnw.jpgwatnw1.jpgwatnw2.jpgwatnw3.jpg

currently on the big 3 (2 weeks now). I'm expecting to see some thickness in 6-12 months.

It's diffuse patterned alopecia, the norwood scale doesn't apply here (you'd be a diffuse NW5 with a NW1 hairline if you prefer), good luck !

Bad news, diffuse pattern is usually more aggressive than the typical Norwood scale patterns. Good news, if you get on the big 3 and buzz your hair REALLY short, a lot of people can't even tell you're balding, especially because your hairline is still intact without any visible recession. Just keep buzzing it until you feel it's time to check out your progress in 6, 8, or even 12 months. Also, another bright side, when you buzz the hair that short, you don't have to worry much about shedding at all like some of the other poor blokes that go through that pain in the *** every few months in the early stages of treatment. Good luck to you, sir.
