What Next??!! Need advice

I am 37 years old and in the past 4/5 years my male pattern baldness as not changed much meaning almost no hair lost and no hair regained. 5 years on finasteride, 2 years on Minoxidil 5% and almost 2 years on Nizoral.
I need advice to try improve things, what shall I do?
Add Dutas, increase minoxidil concentration from 5% to 15% (Dr. Lee's), add something new like Hair Signals or something else?

Yeah you can try minoxidil 15 percent, or minoxidil with azelaic acid, xandrox (dr. lee), or try spectral dnc, or minoxidil sulfate FMS dont know the exact name nanominox FMS i think... you should look into it.

In the Success Stories! there a few topics about the Xandrox 15 Plus but I dont see success stories with Spectral DNC-L or Hair Signals.

Yeah my hair looks better, hairline had improved a bit and hair is thicker.
