What Is The Best Treatment Without Finasteride And Minoxidil ?

Hello guys,

I have suffer from PFS since I stop Finasteride 7 years ago. I could say that I'm 75% back but not 100%.

Since you the last 7 years you can guess I loose a lot of hair and I would like to do something now to at least stabilize and go for a hair transplant.

I would be happy to heard about your opinion on the best alternative to Finasteride and Minoxidil.

Mmmmm:/ not many effective treatments that don’t mess with the hormones. You could try s5 cream? That’s topical spironolactone. Maybe RU but, I’d be scared of using that, a lot more then taking finasteride. Why don’t you want to use finasteride?

I was joking. Realistically there isn't many options beyond hormonal drugs.. You could embrace the bald beast, shave it off and hit the gym.. Wear a hair piece or get SMP? That's literally all your options served on a silver platter. Either way you will inevitably have to choose one.. Unless you somehow stop balding for one reason or another, but I wouldn't count on it.
