We will probably know in the next few months.

If it doesn't grow a lot of hair in phase#2 then it's a bust.

If it does grow a lot of hair in phase#2 then they have a big motive to continue with phase#3 and go commercial.

Reality with these kind of ’companies and treatments’ today is that you can not lie people anymore and sell scum products. We live in a time where you will know everything in couple of minutes. Follica treatment is scam and nothing more. Every treatment that has potentional move fast.

I made that last comment about HMI-115.


Follica has been unofficially a bust for years. I guess now it's official.

Too bad. I still think medication-influenced skin wounding was a very smart practical idea for hair regrowth.


Right now I'm very curious to see if hair transplant surgeons can make use of Vertoporfin and make some progress. Definitely for scarring reduction but maybe for net total hair gains too. It's a similar line of thinking - use the body's wound-healing response to make or boost hairs.
