You're low. Go get mores every day for a couple weeks, go for a walk at lunch time. Take one round of supplements.

I had blood work done back in early summer which showed I was pretty deficient. I've been taking 2000iu a day since and I've noticed almost no difference in anything.
I have read reports saying supplementing it isn't as effective as getting it naturally though (i.e. sun exposure), so maybe that's why?Damn. Well it is listed as a side effect so we’ll see
When many people talk about vitamins and hair the first or only thing that gets mentioned is vitamin B...and perhaps zinc. Vitamin D is actually a hormone and is vital for creating new hair. I'm not saying that if you start taking vitamin D you will get thick hair...but dont just focus on the B vitamin since D is just as important, if not more.
