What Density Do You Guys Use - Medium / Medium-light?

I've had medium-light, and I feel anything more would look unnatural.

I think you're right, for a guy in his mid-30's medium light best replicates the average look for a man who hasn't lost his hair. But it is a matter of being age-appropriate. If you are in your 20's you can go higher.

Well I look young and wonder what the difference is.

Does density vary from company to company or is there a standard?

I think if I had short hair I'd go for higher density to create volume
