Ok guys ill make this quick. I’m almost 28 and noticed my hair getting THINER from the age of 24. My hair line has pulled back a bit and the crown is noticeably worse then it was. I’ve been trying real hard to take care of it since then. Using products and constantly changing my regimen.

My hairstylist tells me that YES he does notice a progressive thinning but said "It really isn't that bad" and classified me as a DIFFUSE thinner. Almost like the way Women lose there hair, I forget the term right now. He says “By the age of 30 most of your hair loss would have taken place. After 30 men usually don’t lose much hair till they hit over 50-60.â€￾ He said I got at least another 10 years before I should start to worry about serious hair loss. But Of course I’m worrying now.

What you guys think?

I will try to add photos here. When the photos are up I would love to know what Norwood I am.

Thanks in advance for your replays’.

Best,

There are no rules as to to what age your hairloss happens.

My hair started thinning at 26-27 and ever since it started it has never stopped getting worse. I'm 37 now. So, I wouldn't wait to do something about it if I were you.

This is my story to a tee. I'm 28 to, been noticing hair loss since 24, after I was on meds/steroids known as Prednisone(the most evil medication known to man) to battle a blood disorder. I figure I got 2 years with out looking completely retarded with what hair I have left then I'm Vin Dieseling my head; if not sooner as I continue to be bothered by it and notice it affecting me mentally more than I thought it would.

If bald is beautiful, then show me the women that believe this. I'm not married yet and currently girlfriend deficient.
It's going to be like turning into a whole new person once every last hair is gone.
As if getting old isn't hard enough, then this unexpected kick in the balls rears it's unwanted head.

I agree, I hestitated so long when I first started losing my hair. I am sure things would be much different if I started the big 3 earlier.

The fast losses get all the attention but some loss is very slow.

I had noticed some slight volume thinning in front as early as 20 or 21. (Coundn't get my GF to believe me but I still knew it was there.) It kepting going a little at a time but it still looked halfway decent even five years later when I finally started to think seriously about using meds.

I just hope you do not have my luck. I started real early and unfortunately things got worse off now as compared to before I started the "big 3". :puke:
