The brain is one of the most important parts of our body and we need to take care of it. however. how do we take good care our mind? I only know that nuts are good for the brain. What else do we need for our brain to function effectively?

The brain is fat so it needs more of the right fat to function properly. I find that the best fat is freshly cooked meat like pork ribs with gravy. My younger sister went to study in Canada and showed me the main street of Toronto where there are a lot of signs of grill bars)) If anyone is interested in comparing with their favorite restaurant, then dig here.
