Personally I wouldn't go for that, rather wear what you got than be afraid that someone will touch your hair and fiber starts falling. Unless it for some occasion, then yeah I probably justify that but wouldn't go for that anyways.

Yeah aware of that hairdresser in London, think it's over 100 pounds. You can do that yourself with fibres and spray and it looks a lot better. The hairline of course still looks terrible you can't really conceal that.
