If finasteride isn’t stopping the recession then you can try dutasteride. If you want actual regrowth I think you’re gonna need a hair transplant.

If you were a nerd with a round face and tubby, yeah, I'd say you'd probably need all the help you can get.

But you have androgenic facial features and look fairly lean from what I can tell.

You look fine where you are, but if you threw on a good amount of muscle, you'd be looking saucy, no homo.

You probably don't even need to shave it with a razor yet though. Could probably just keep a simple buzz cut / fade for a long time. I wish I had your head shape because I would consider the same thing for myself.

I tried that but idk I don’t think it looks great without the fade my pics hide a lot honestly

I know what you mean. Fading at the right height makes temples look better. You still have a decent amount of density so you could still do a lot of different styles that look decent if you grow it out. Especially since you're about to be in your 30s too, it's normal for a lot of guys to have at least some recession.

So with my face structure what should I do to it I don’t know what to do honestly workout gain weight idk anymore
