I took Finasteride once and BAM! I'm a woman. I embraced it though
I took several blood test , before propecia, at 6 month,1 year, 2 year.
And for me propecia raise my testosterone of 33%. But the increase of test is not a good thing because it mostly concerts to oestrogen.
One milligram of Finasteride is NOT transgender.
In fact, it allows more free testosterone.
One milligram, on average (generally speaking), only eliminates seventy percent
DHT conversion.
Agree with you on Spironolactone. That can eliminate testosterone.
In fact, spironolactone is MORE effective for hair loss in women then progesterone, which is
also effective in women.
There are government studies to back that up.
testosterone is a pre-hormone and does almost nothing
it's what it converts into that produces an effect

Actually I think the main factor here is after puberty DHT is done its main job. Aside from increasing prostate size and making you hairy, DHT has been used for its intended purpose and that is to make you a man.
If finasteride were to reduce DHT by 100% I'd be worried.
Short answer, no.Does it need to be continued for neurons, that's the question.
We get it twice. Once in the womb, and we produce lots when we go through puberty.
The brain sends signals to send it down like mad.
Our neurons are hardwired for acceptance in the womb. Strange.
Do our muscles, and "competitive" parts of our personalities need DHT (helps in sports, and lots of different activities).

Short answer, no.
DHT is a trash hormone.
good for baldness, acne, and being hairy all over though.

I agree that DHT is an important hormone for a man, but i believe that too much DHT can still cause some serious problems. Too much DHT can make you look like a gorilla, not a man.. too little DHT can transform you in to a girl. I believe there is a "sweet spot" to DHT inhibition where you can get the best of both worlds, but it depends on the individual. The hormone that makes you a man.
"DHT is a trash hormone" DHT is how testosterone works.
It controls libido and sexual functioning.
It's your GENES not DHT.
Jay Cutler is FULL of DHT yet he has no hair loss, because get doesn't have the male pattern baldness gene.
Any scientific research to back this up ?Men who take finasteride have no DHT.
Go get a dht blood test. It will literally be none existent.
You have no enzyme allowing testosterone to convert into DHT. Finasteride destroys the enzyme.
