No, a poster called chen on here got great results with 1mm daily, and he was doing it twice a day i believe, you could get away with just doing it at night. 1mm isn't really extreme at all.

Like the virus, the majority of what you're hearing about the frequency of needling and the length of the needles is anecdotal

There is little evidence to determine what works best, as results vary from person to person with different needling regimes

Good luck, but I think that's much too deep if you're using a pen device. If you're using a roller then it's not extreme.

Oh don't worry, I almost don't bleed at all at 2mm and it's not very painful to me actually
