I am going to order a full cap. I need some ideas on ventilation (hair direction). I do not want the hairline to show and I do not want my hair short. Any one have some experience with this?

The neutral default choice is "freestyle" ventilation. But if you want the hair knotted so that it stays down and doesn't allow the hairline to be visible, you can order "brush forward" ventilation. That is good for head-hugging hairstyles like a Caesar cut. I haven't seen it used on a long-haired unit.
