Using Minoxidil once a day vs twice?

I've been hearing every now and then that using minoxidil once a day is almost as effective as using it 2 times a day. Let's keep in mind that using minoxidil is a looooooong time commitment, so I think using it once a day would be much more convenient than doing it twist. I also aint a pussy and drink it so.

Your regimen looks identical to mine. Are you seeing results? How long have you been doing it?

I was shedding a lot prior to my regimen it seems to have slowed down a lot now. I don’t shed as much. I’ve been on treatment for 9 months.

Take this with a grain of salt, but I'm pretty sure I remember reading a couple years back about a study citing that results for once a day compared to 2x were minimal to non-existent.

I have tried 2ml once a day, 1ml once a day, and 1ml twice a day. Best results I get when I used 1ml twice a day. I use the standard version Regaine in which I add a bunch of other ingredients as well ( caffeine + Azelaic acid + Vit B5 + Rosemary Oil + Peppermint Oil )

I’m only using 0.5ml 2% once a day on my crown and it seems to be working, granted I am using a LLLT massager and retinol before it too.

For minoxidil foam, a trick I did was heat it up with warm water. It would come out in a semi foam/liquid state that was much easier to apply and pat down.

What % caffeine are you adding? I looked up the alpecin liquid and they use 0.2% I think.
