I wouldn't even consider a transplant until you see a clear pattern and at least 10 years older.

Sorry to hear about your experience. Have you considered consulting with a specialist about alternatives to finasteride? I contacted Canadian Pharmacy Partnership for such guidance now and then. We all here have the same problem, but we are not doctors.

Which new min are you using g?
I use pyrilutamide + fluridil + min, getting decent regrowth. 6+ months on min.
probably gonna also add topical spironolactone.

@Wvg @losingbattle88 i was using this one off amazon. Now ive ditched it and switched to kirkland foam.
Feel like im shedding a ton again though. My sh*t is still thinning.

You need finasteride+oral min.
