Hi

how aggressive is my hair loss for a 23year old

what Norwood scale am I

is it time to panic, I have loads of photos from a while ago which seems similar, could this just be my hairline (doubtful)

Forming a mature hairline unless you have thinning elsewhere. If density is uniform everywhere else, you are in good shape. You have fine hair so it can be confusing. You also have natural low density. That means your hair follicle are not naturally closely packed. At the front you have alot of gaps between each hair. I have the same too. In my case I want a hair transplant surgery to fill in each gap I have to give me more density. If you look at most hispanic young men they have no gaps at the front.

I can see some miniaturisation at your hairline but nowhere else so id say maturing for the moment

Yes mate thank you I do have fine hair, I am also looking into a hair transplant if things were to get worse in the next few years

You will need to be on finasteride a few years before you consider a transplant. What is your family history of balding?
