[update] Anyone See A Concerning Pattern In My Hairline?

Dad is a NW2 at 50

Hairloss started at 18.25is, currently 19.75

August 2016:

May 2018

Is the hair right near the edge of my temple more brown than the rest of my hair that is black? It looks lighter.

Today:
Wet (I think it covers the thinning on my temples)

Crown:

I never expected to keep my juvenile hairline but I feel as if the hit my temples have taken is no longer “maturation”. For me I see miniaturization because of a disappearing pigment and overall the baby hairs around the area. Doubt it’s breakage because I don’t style my hair.

Nah dude my natural hairline honestly is really high. It looked really weird before it changed, because the forelock was so far back but my temporal triangles where so far forward.

Just because your father or grandfather is affected by baldness doesn't mean anything.

My father has full hair and I have baldness genes.

I wanna post these because I think they show my concern better. The other two fail to really show a difference in density, my hair is wet in these three pictures. I feel like my density at the hairline seems like 50% compared to the middle of my scalp. I have incredibly thick hair everyhwere else on top it seems(my sides are thin).

Normally that porbably wouldn’t be bad u guess but compare it to the middle of my scalp.

I see zero hairloss but if it helps you sleep better at night go ahead and start taking finasteride, no more than 0.25mg daily.

First thing I'd do if I were you though is get on nizoral, that helps keep the scalp clean and reduces inflammation.

My biggest issue with finasteride is the drop in free testosterone. Too important for my sport, plus if I don’t have an issue I’ve heard plenty of horror stories of people ruining their hair with it.

The last image is showing the difference in growth, the hair only the very front of my hairline doesn’t seem to grow as fast or as long anymore.

If you look farther up in this thread I’ve been updating it showing changes. I understand I’m not “severe” or going to be bald tomorrow but I want to know if anyone else finds this concerning. If anyone needs other pictures let me know.
