Hi everyone, I am male 32, and I have modest hair loss (grade 2-3 Nortwood scale). I've been losing hair for 10 years but it has gotten more aggressive in the last period.
I tried to take finasteride once years ago and it gave me immediate erectile disfunction. I had the same thing with saw palmetto after a month of intake.
I cannot apply minoxidil because I have a bit of scalp psoriasis. When applied, minoxidil causes redness and creates scalp plaques. I tried both commerical and galenic formulations without success.
What options do I have left?

Oral minoxidill is your last option. Loniten or other generic pills.

A working dick is clearly more important than having hair as a man lol. But finasteride sides can be managable by lowering the dose and taken less often. I have never had ED or libido loss on finasteride. What a loser a man gotta be to get ED from finasteride lol.

I've been trying Latanoprost through Strut. After 4 months, I've seen moderate / minimal improvement. I only just learned of Nizoral shampoo, which I just added to my routine, so I hope that helps.

I went the Latano route only because I'm familiar with it. I have Ocular Pigment Hypertension and have used the drops successfully for the past 15 years. It has made my eyelashes and eyebrows grow like crazy so thought I'd give it a whirl. I have blue eyes and have had no darkening of pigment for my iris or skin of my eyelids.

I believe latanoprost cost more and takes longer though.
